Our RAPID coiler heads allow a quick, easy, exact and infinite adjustment of the requested core diameter of the coil. Before removing the wound coil simply narrow the diameter by means of a grab handle - then the bound coil can easily be taken off and a new win-ding process begins. The required core diameter is accurately adjustable with a scale. The cable end piece is fastened by a very simple clamping device which saves the customer exhausting feeding. Big access slots facilitate the coil binding. Thanks to the high loading capacity and the convenience of handling even heavy coils are easy to wind.
