This cable unwinder performs this task efficiently. All you have to do is roll the cable reel onto the cable unwinder and the cable can be pulled off easily, gently and without twisting. In combination with a cable winder, this becomes a complete solution. The combination enables fast unwinding to produce cable rings or cable spools at the same time.
