Automatic winding, measuring, and cutting of winding materials with the motor-driven reel/spool and ring winders of the MOTROL series. With its compact size, the MOTROL 500 is ideal for use both stationary at a fixed workstation or mobile in front of a reel rack.
The basic machine consists of a robust, torsion-resistant welded construction. The winding drive is powered by an AC gear motor and chain with continuously variable speed control and soft start/stop. The winder is versatile and designed for ring winding heads and winding axes. The machine complies with the CE Declaration of Conformity in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
