Automatical synchronization of traversing with winding drives

The traversing pintle unit is getting synchronized with the winding drive for an exactly lay of the cable material. Therefore, the cable has to be fixed on one point in the inlet device to run into machine.

Equipment features and functions:

• Changeover points can be retained via reference buttons during standstill, but also during winding process
• During winding process, traverse pitch is continuously adjustable via rotary potentiometers
• Laying speed automatically adjusts to the winding speed (synchronization)
• Pillar with a high guiding role, adjustable and screw-mountable according to cable diameter
• Cable guiding-channel for leading the cable from the measuring table to the winder

Follow-up control of the traversing via sensors

Due to follow-up control, stiff-rigid cables will always be guided straight through the winding machine. This has the advantage that no unnecessary bends may result and a gently winding process is guaranteed.
