The Malteser Kinder-und Jugendhospizdienst children’s and youth’s hospice is facing special challenges in Corona times. For this very reason, it was particularly important to Kabelmat again this year to offer support, at least financially. “We have planned new mourning groups for young adults for 2022,” reports Diana Schmidt during a joint discussion with Stefanie Brückner.
Families affected by serious or terminal illness need special support. Everyday life and family life become unbalanced. The Malteser Kinder - und Jugendhospizdienst / Malteser Kinder-und Jugendtrauerbegleitung (Malteser Children's and Youth Hospice Service / Malteser Children's and Youth Bereavement Support) is there to help the families.
