The MATBOI storage system for hoses and plastic profiles opens up new possibilities for optimum storage of materials, also outside the cable and wire industry.
Due to the increasing demand for the storage of hoses and plastic profiles, Kabelmat has now enhanced its existing MATBOI storage system!
Storage plates for bigger ring bundles can now be folded out using swivel arms so that the ring bundle can be fitted and removed easily. A new central adjustment of the clamping bolts provides easy and continuously adjustable clamping of the ring bundles. The unwinding plates consist of wind-protecting surfaces and have a brake to prevent the material from running on. Particular attention has been paid to the behaviour of the ring bundle during the storage of hoses and plastic pipes. Unlike cable bundles, the hose and plastic pipe bundles were more likely to spring open as soon as they were put down onto the winding plate as a loose bundle. Containment bars and a cover plate are therefore now also available as accessories for preventing the ring bundle from springing open.
